We believe engineers learn best by doing. That’s why MyVAILLANT Home Heat gives you the chance to install and live with a Vaillant air-source heat pump at no cost. You’ll gain valuable experience and confidence, with no risk and full support from us.
If you're comfortable fitting heat pumps, this route gives you the flexibility to manage your own install — using your existing City Plumbing account. You’re in control of materials and labour, while we support you with the technical essentials.
For installers tackling more advanced systems — such as ground source heat pumps, cascade setups, or commercial installations — we offer a bespoke support service.
Work with our expert team to get tailored design help, documentation, and technical guidance for more complex projects. We’re here to make sure you and your customers have full confidence from start to finish.
We believe in the power of continuous learning and professional development. As a VitoVerified installer, we expect you to have a strong understanding of low-temperature design, which can be evidenced by a course completion certificate from a recognised company. While most of our partners are qualified in low temperature system design via Heat Geek, we also accept installers who have attended Kim Betty's Hydronics, Vaillant Aspire or other equivalent and recognised courses.
If you already hold a BPEC or LCL certification in heat pump installation, you also have the opportunity to become a paid commissioning engineer not only for your own projects but also for others within our network and in your area.
