In a bold move to support the transition from gas boilers to renewable home heating, Vaillant has launched the "MyVAILLANT Install" initiative a practical, experience-led approach to upskilling heating engineers.
This initiative allows boiler installers to receive and install a free Vaillant heat pump system in their own home. The goal? To empower them with hands-on experience so they can confidently discuss, install, and support heat pump systems for their customers. It’s a classic case of “teach a man to fish,” and it's expected to be a game-changer in building installer trust and expertise.

Supported by Regional Experts
The scheme is being supported by VitoEnergy in the South and YourEcoFuture in the North, ensuring national coverage and expert support throughout the process.
What's Included in the MyVAILLANT Install?
The package includes everything needed for a comprehensive home installation:
- Vaillant aroTHERM plus heat pump
- Vaillant uniSTOR cylinder

In addition to the hardware, installers will gain access to Spruce, a digital survey tool that streamlines the installation and compliance process. This software is integrated into the experience, making it easier for installers to carry out future jobs efficiently.
Installers will also be given free AI optimised control with Havenwise which will constantly refine the heat pump to provide cheaper comfort all year round.
Long-Term Confidence
Participants in the scheme benefit from a full, 7-year parts warranty, ensuring their system stays reliable for years. This builds installer trust not just in the product, but in their own ability to recommend it confidently.
