MCS Umbrella Support
Our MCS umbrella scheme is as flexible as you need it to be, we have created a tiered system to make sure that you get the right amount of support and importantly that you aren’t paying for anything you don’t need.
You may start on tier 3 but we want you to get to tier 1 and be in full control of your projects
You could be new to Heat Pumps or a competent heating installer, you know how to follow designs to install the pipes and radiators, you will require a technical support manager and help with the project.
We will do everything in Tier 2 as well as providing a dedicated account manager who is trained and experienced in heat pump installation as well as low temperature system design and controls optimisation. As well as the commissioning day you will have the option of a project start technical visit for you, the account manager and the client (if necessary) to discuss the design and implementation.

You have installed heat pumps and you are confident in doing your own heat loss calculations and design for approval with our office, you might need a bit of technical support just for reassurance.
As well as everything in Tier 1 above, a VitoEnergy will commission your Heat Pump and optimise the settings to ensure your customer’s installation operates at the most efficient level.

Cost £1549
You are an accomplished installer and are able to design a heat pump installation but need assistance in the administrative MCS process.
VitoEnergy Verified will undertake and complete the necessary paperwork for you project to gain MCS accreditation such as Building Control notification, DNO notification, MCS paperwork and applications and the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.
You will conduct the heat loss, design, installation and commissioning under our umbrella.

Empowering Training and Certifications
We believe in the power of continuous learning and professional development. As a VitoVerified installer, we expect you to have a strong understanding of low-temperature design, which can be evidenced by a course completion certificate from a recognised company. While most of our partners are qualified in low temperature system design via Heat Geek, we also accept installers who have attended Kim Betty's Hydronics, Vaillant Aspire or other equivalent and recognised courses.
If you already hold a BPEC or LCL certification in heat pump installation, you also have the opportunity to become a paid commissioning engineer not only for your own projects but also for others within our network and in your area.
