I had a heat pump installed a year ago and I am very pleased with the results. Vito have a professional design led approach and install to a very high standard and I'm getting very good performance from the system. I'm an engineer by background and I spoke to lots of other companies before finding Vito. None of them had the same level of expertise as VitoEnergy. I cannot congratulate the company more for the way they undertook the task. Politeness and courtesy was shown in a very professional way from Charlotte in reception. I was promised an engineer would attend at a specific time and date and Dave the Engineer arrived as promised. Dave's work was very thorough, very professional and all areas he left the areas spotless. I was instructed on all aspects of the job and was left with the courtesy of a warm hand shake when Dave left. I certainly could not fault any of the work, but only say Dave was 5* in all ways. Hurfords HeatingI recently requested access to VITO's Umbrella scheme to assist with MCS sign-off and design for a large project that I would not have had the confidence to undertake independently. From the beginning, nothing was too much trouble. They were professional and courteous with my client and consistently available for advice and product support. The entire team was fantastic, alleviating all the stress associated with system design and invoicing, allowing me to focus on the installation. Mike MacDVitoEnergy installed a heat pump and water cylinder for us and connected it to an underfloor heating system. This was part of a new build and they were helpful with dates and worked effectively with our builder. Dave and Ken carried out the installation with the minimum of fuss and, again, worked well with our builder. When there was an issue with the original water cylinder (damaged during delivery) they sorted it out quickly and easily. Their plumbing work was clearly of high quality and very neat and tidy. Dave spent some time with me explaining how the system worked and how to control it. The system works very well. Overall, I would say that VitoEnergy is a great company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Update Feb 2025 - We're looking to add another ASHP for the main house and Adam came out to do a heat loss assessment and has provided a proposal. Again, everything is explained clearly and all my questions have been answered coherently. At the same time, the pump failed on our existing ASHP and Adam and Josh helped me diagnose the problem, and then Charlotte organised a warranty call from Vaillant. Pump has been replaced and everything seems to be working again. Once again, faultless service from friendly and efficient folks who clearly care about what they do.Posted on Google
John C GingellModifications to my heat pump system and the addition of supplementary monitors was performed over 4 days by 3 engineers, James Ashby, James Macken and Noel Gericke. They were very organised, tidy, pleasant and helpful. So far the results appear to be an improvement to the efficiency of my heating system with an anticipated reduction on the already lower running costs of the heat pump compared with my old oil fired system.Posted on Google

Dave is second to none - friendly, professional and hugely knowledgeable and will slog away at a problem until it is resolved. He has undertaken regular boiler services and, more recently, has resolved a couple of odd glitches with my heating and hot water.
